拒绝混乱：Gmail的邮件存档和过滤技巧

效率Gmail使用好几年了，但在以前，我只是将它当成Google服务的登陆帐户+一个普通的邮箱来用。然而花点时间去研究Gmail使用技巧，会发现它无比强大。

介绍Gmail使用教程的文章很多，无需我多说。

这里只是总结一下A.shun使用中的一些心得，毕竟知识累积和回顾是博客的主要目的之一。

像大多数人那样，A.shun主要用Gmail来接收：各种服务的注册信息、博客、论坛等的回复通知、订单&付款，还有就是资料备份和偶尔发下邮件，算不上重度用户。

谈不上能把Gmail的功能都摸透，但自己能用上的可以算是比较熟练了。最喜欢的就是Gmail的过滤器、标签和自动存档功能，这些有助于效率的提升。在此分享下使用Gmail对邮件进行存档和过滤器设置方法。

      抱歉，换这个banner只是为了个性，就像穿衣服，不想跟别人相同。

      这只是在壁纸中随便截取的，你要是想，也可以很容易在缓存中找到。
      但何不找点更加个性的呢？ :smile:

    GMail 的过滤器确实好用，不过多了也不好管理。

      @coolxll, 无论什么东西，适量就好嘛。通过收件人来设置主要过滤器，我的过滤器只是比标签稍多而已

      @曙光再现, 看得到的，只有你标签和过滤器用得好，基本上都可以在标签找到 :smile:

      @A.shun, 对于存档邮件找不到的问题，其实可以添加一个过滤器，对所有收到的邮件添加标签，然后再隐藏这个标签。这样既保持了收件箱的整洁，也可以在标签中找到存档的邮件

      那个，你注意看一下，在标签的下拉列表就有一个“所有邮件”，只是默认不显示而已 :!:

    用gmail好几年了，还是有很多功能都不熟悉，但是那种简洁和高效一直都是很多其他邮箱无法媲美的，所以我一直在坚持着
    现在看到这些教程，自己又有更多的东西要学习了~

    Gmail没深入研究过，不过我对QQmail还是非常喜欢的，基本上每天都在用，不懂也得懂了 :!:
    唯一比较郁闷的就是竟然没有标签功能，或者备注的功能~~ :?:

    Gmail過濾器的action里只有”delete it”, 沒有”mark as spam”, 我覺得這是一個缺陷, —基本上任何情況下我都是不刪郵件的, 而只會spam之.

    標簽有用. 但實際上用的最多的是”搜索”功能. 整理inbox用不著, 向來是全選, archive, 世界清靜了- -.

      @ELL, wpg用的正是那种残念程序 Discuz。。。不支持带+的，只能用点分割。可视化编辑器问题多多。可是它流行，我很费解 :mad:

    @ @哇，好技术啊！以前我也有过及时清空邮箱的习惯，不过gmail很大，之后就懒了，700+封邮件，删起来也颇麻烦= =+

      @Snowyy, 当我醒悟过来，开始用这种习惯之前，inbox里面有接近5k封邮件。 :!: 整理起来那才叫累。

    :cry: :cry: 我一直用的qq和gmail，平时联系用qq邮箱，gmail用于与自己真实信息相关的邮件收取，可是最近gmail遭到垃圾邮件轰炸，实在受不了了，几乎每个小时就十几份邮件，拦截了，下次还有其他地址的，现在邮箱里垃圾邮件一直维持在几百，我都是批量批量删，依然花老多时间，我都快崩溃了
